1 General Terms & Conditions

BetBolt (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. By accessing our website at betbolt.vu or using any of our services, you (the "User" or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between BetBolt and the user. They are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may register only one account.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Withdrawal functionality will be limited until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• A government-issued ID and proof of address must be submitted for verification.
• If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be terminated.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on BetBolt can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum deposit limits.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are generally processed with no additional fees.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of verification.
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are generally 20–40 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity periods are generally 7–30 days.
• The same individual or household may not claim bonuses from multiple accounts.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

The following rules apply when placing bets on BetBolt. Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final.

• Bet acceptance is entirely at BetBolt's discretion.
• We reserve the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once the match has started.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment of confirmation will apply.
• In an accumulator bet, losing any single leg results in the entire bet being lost.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetBolt. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to bet or play games.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Abusing bonuses or applying 'bonus hunting' strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or staff, or using abusive language.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

BetBolt takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. We comply with international data protection standards.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

BetBolt reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Refusing to provide verification documents or submitting false documents.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any verified pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact BetBolt's customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• A notice of dispute must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
